The SIMCAN simulator

OMNeT++ based simulator

Since SIMCAN has been developed using OMNeT++, it can be installed in several platforms, including Linux, Windows and MacOS.

SIMCAN allows the simulation of large scale architectures, including basic distributed systems, HPC clusters and cloud data-centers.

SIMCAN provides a MPI-based API for simulating MPI applications in the modelled architectures.

SIMCAN-GUI is a Java application that allows to manage a repository of models for configuring environments to be simulated in SIMCAN.
